LII partners with attorneys on both Massachusetts CPCS funded and private pay criminal defense cases. We provide investigative support for criminal defense attorneys from start to finish. LII excels in the following areas: domestic, assault and battery, indecent assault and battery, auto negligence & DUI cases, breaking and entering, theft/robbery, and fraud. LII conducts competent and detailed criminal defense investigations by working closely with defense attorneys to determine the scope of each investigation. We then tailor our investigation for the unique circumstances of every case. LII is always there to fully help plan, support, and execute the investigator’s role in the trial and assist the client in trial preparation.
